I acknowledge that SOLAHIS is not forcing me to agree with their beliefs but to respect their beliefs and what they stand for. This being said, I agree to abide by SOLAHIS’ Team Expectations, which include the following:

• Participating in nightly devotions and debriefs as a team
• Being respectful of prayer time during the day and before meals
• Attending church with the team on Sunday(s)
• Adhering to the SOLAHIS dress code
• Adhering to SOLAHIS’ Zero Tolerance policy for the use of drugs or alcohol during any SOLAHIS Mission Trip.

I understand that any breach of the above, or any other trip expectation, may result in my being sent home at my own expense.

Upon acceptance to the Mission Trip team, we will require a $500 CAD deposit for the purchase of your airline ticket. The total cost of the trip will be the price of your airline ticket plus a pre-determined amount, normally around $450, to cover the cost of food, transportation and accommodations. If for some reason your ticket has been bought and you choose not to travel to Colombia, you will be required to pay the full price of the airline ticket.
